At DJ SHOP PH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or incorrect, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original box with all included accessories and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Receive

  Send the package back to our main hub; upon inspection, we will process your replacement or store credit within 3 to 5 business days.
